The lymphatic system can not be separated from orthopedic dysfunction. It is for this reason, we have incorporated a lymphatic assessment in our protocol. We perform a 5 minute lymphatic “hack”; a quick and easy release of the primary lymphatic areas by hand. In addition, we include palpation of the abdominal area to check for blockage as taught by Dr. Perry Nickelston.
